Dear Band Boosters,
It is with the most sincere gratitude that we, the seniors of the 2004-2005 LHS Percussion Ensemble, would like to extend our thanks for the dinner at Montgomery Inn during the OMEA State Convention in Cincinnati. While this letter can in no way repay the many benefits we have received on the boosters' behalf, this letter can serve as a recognition. In Symphonic Band, Concert Band, Marching Band, Percussion Ensemble: whatever the case may be, the instrumental organizations of this music program can only be as strong as the parental support backing them. The fine, finished product of these ensembles are a result from the relentless help and support you, the parents, offer us students. In the programs we senior percussionists have been involved with for three and four years, we have experienced many changes inside ourselves. We have matured and grown toward adulthood because of the fostering of the parents in the band. The musical activities, concerts, and trips you have supported have been the experience of a lifetime for all of us and will continue to be remembered throughout our adult lifetimes and careers.
Sincerely,
The Class of 2005 Percussionists:
